We have some unfortunate news: all uploaded images on Atlist have been lost.

Any custom markers, marker icons or gallery photos will need to be re-uploaded.

We let you down. We're sorry. We'd like to offer Atlist credit to anyone effected by this. Just email us at hello@atlistmaps.com.

So... What Happened?

Some of you may have noticed that Atlist experienced service outages from 1:30pm November 23rd to 1:30am November 24th EST.

We owe you an explanation, and there’s no easy way to say this. A critical failure resulted in the deletion of my.atlistmaps.com and all services related to it. Luckily we were able to restore all databases and user accounts from backups. We were not able to recover any uploaded images.

We are a small bootstrapped team trying to create the best way to build and share maps, and we failed that promise.

We are deeply disappointed that this has happened, and are taking the necessary steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
